Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the goods in any way you may return them to us free of charge providing your return adheres to the return policy laid out below.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to return them and receive a full refund. This right of return is without prejudice to your statutory right of cancellation, details of which are in the Order Cancellation section of the website.

You may return goods and receive a refund provided:

1.They are received back at our Returns Department located at Timberland ECom Return Goods, Staalsteden 25, 7547TA, Enschede, Netherlands normally within 28 days*. These 28 days commence the day after your order has been shipped. Please see Return Instructions for details on the returns process.
2.They have not been damaged, washed, altered or excessively worn and must include the original packaging, labelling and Timberland Returns Form located at the bottom of the Packing List (enclosed with the delivered goods).
3.You must return your package(s) to us using the printable returns label available by clicking here.
4.Please note that we are unable to accept returns for customised products (excluding defective items).

* For all purchases of SALE items we will only accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the Timberland returns process is not followed, Timberland is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Returns Policy Customised Products
All sales are final for customised products and you may not return customised goods. Please also note that you do not have a statutory cancellation right for customised products.

If you purchased a customised product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team at 0800 023 2478 within 10 days of receiving your purchase.

If you purchased a customised product at a Timberland® retail location and receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the specific Timberland® store where the purchase was made. For a list of UK Timberland® stores, please refer to the Store Locator section of our website or call us at 0800 023 2478.

Please note that calls to 0800 023 2478 that are not made from a UK landline may be subject to a charge.
